Dry to taste, harmoniously melded flavours of passionfruit, tropical fruits and florals flow smoothly on a soft-textured palate. The acidity is integral, providing a gentle, mouthwatering freshness and liveliness. The wine opens out and fills the palate with layers of pungent fruit, herbs and minerals, and carries through to a long, sustained, dry finish.
